Mariah Champness

Mariah is a graduate of the University of Alabama, where she earned a double major in Accounting and Finance in 2019. After obtaining her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, she began her career at a Big Four public accounting firm, specializing in the Asset and Wealth Management sector and gaining deep expertise in the financial services industry. She passed the Series 65 licensing exam in early 2026. Mariah combines technical financial acumen with a heart for serving others, making her a valuable resource to our clients. She's passionate about building genuine relationships, listening to clients' stories, and walking alongside them to support their financial journey. At CFA, she's eager to live out her faith by helping those who have been financially blessed use their resources to be a blessing to others. Since returning to the New Braunfels area, Mariah has been actively involved at Oakwood Church, where she and her husband teach Sunday School and serve in the growing young adults ministry. She also has a strong passion for international missions and hopes to take one mission trip each year — her most recent was to Uganda. Mariah married Seth, a wonderful man of God, in August 2025. In her free time, she travels to compete in water ski competitions, enjoys spending time with family on the lake, and playing pickleball.
